Our community cannot safely absorb a bolus of automobiles on our already maxed out rural roads--2 lanes, no lighting, no shoulders, small lanes, high accident. Regardless of whether we have 1, 3, or "heaven forbid" 5 housing units/acre, we must have some planning for our roads to accommodate our traffic. We must have a new 4 lane road which gives us access to I-40W, and we must have more lanes from the split into Knoxville. Please be sensitive to the safety of our community, not to the pocketbooks of the builders.
