On behalf of the N-shore/Choto area, I strongly OPPOSE the rezoning proposal to 5 high density units per acre or any housing development in the area. Traffic is a big concern as well as; schools at capacity and no new school for 2.5-3 yrs build time, no room for more portables at some Farragut schools, water supply/usage issues, no good emergency exit plan (happened years ago due to a train derailment with dangerous chemicals), and dangerous to pull out of many neighborhoods with all the traffic coming both ways. To add more housing, high density especially is INSANE!
