As a childhood resident of Concord, I urge the Planning Commission to accept ALL of the proposed Historic Village of Concord's suggestions, and compromises put forward to EZ Stop. If we are willing to compromise, in order to protect the history, cemetery and quiet life of Villagers by their intrusion, then they should be willing to accommodate these requests. If they are unwilling to compromise, then EZ Stop has every right to walk away from their planned development.
