I am a Homeowner in the Mont Richer Subdivision.
The case referenced as 2-SA-25-C is not to the benefit of current Homeowners.
The proposal compromises Real Estate Values and safety of Residents.
Was the Rezoning of this County Parkland brought to the attention of the Homeowners? Who were the responsible individuals involved in the Rezoning? Rezoning County Parkland as understood, was not possible. Were Laws and guidelines violated?
This case does not reflect well on Knoxville and Knox County Planning Commission, our best interest as Homeowners has not been served.
