We received a postcard regarding this meeting time and place but nowhere on there did it say we needed to log into your website and register to come speak. It just said something about updates come to this so I checked this morning for updates to make sure the meeting time was still correct, and that's where I found this out. We have a stack of paperwork that we would like to submit with our concerns on this develop. I am requesting an opportunity to address the planning commission this morning. Regarding our concerns, please let us know. Thank you for your time
