This parcel has road frontage on both Asheville Hwy and Strawberry Plains Pike. It'd be great if the parcel provided street and pedestrian connectivity to each of those streets, for resiliency in our transportation network and convenience. This directly supports Policy 11 and Policy 14 of the Knox County Comprehensive Land Use Plan. It also helps allieve adding additional traffic onto the congested Brakebill Rd segment for residents interested in accessing I-40 at Strawberry Plains Pike.
