We believe families should have choices.
Not every family wants to maintain a large rural property, but many families also don't want to raise their children in an apartment or multifamily setting.
Our vision is to provide that middle ground: high-quality single-family homes, private yards, a safe neighborhood environment, and a community where children can grow up and play with other children.
The requested increase from two homes per acre to three is intended to allow us to create a more thoughtfully planned community while preserving the property's basin, gully, and catchment area as natural space for drainage, vegetation, and wildlife.
Our objective is not simply more homes. It is a better-planned family community, one that provides quality housing, encourages a sense of community, preserves meaningful natural areas, and creates a neighborhood families will be proud to call home.
