My name is Robert Melton, owner of B&R Farm, a UDSA farm, next door to the proposed development. I own the property at the left side of the property at the corner of Mckamey Rd where the current owners of the proposed development are wanting to put a larger driveway into this property. I am STRONGLY OPPOSED to any rezoning, hillside development or building of duplexes on the property. Allowing this to proceed will result in many problems to me and our neighborhood. This proposed development will destroy the surrounding natural environment, create even more road flooding, create a dangerous traffic situation in an already dangerous traffic area, create excessive noise from construction and just its presence and is out of character of our quiet single family neighborhood It will destroy the peace and quiet of our neighborhood, conflict with my farming operation and possibly encroach on my property. I have invested my entire retirement and life in my property and do not want everything destroyed by one profiteer. I STAND EXTREMELY OPPOSED. Robert Melton

Create even more road flooding which will enhance the traffic situation in this already dangerous area
