I would request that any development along Bluegrass Road incorporate sidewalks along bluegrass Rd. While surronding properties do not have sidewalks. Bluegrass road from Pellissippi Parkway to Ebenezer Road was approved for sidewalks, If the county approves an increased denisty along bluegrass the amount of traffic will increase. It is already dangerous to walk along bluegrass as there is no sidewalk or any shoulder.

Please dont jam too many homes n his area. The one street neighborhood adjacent to Blue grass Elementary is horrendous. The homes are huge and there is effectively no back yard for kids or pets to play. That makes the play grounds of the elementary school a bathroom for those pets. Not super sanitary. It looks horrible, too. Now they are jamming a high density complex next to the Bluegrass Veterinary. It negatively affects a persons stress level to see that density. I drive down blue grass road several times a day. Cant we get a neighborhood there with 2-3 houses an acre? Four houses max? Houses with a real yard? I guess not. It sure would fit better with the surrounding area that way.
