Collocation of antennas and required supporting structures on an existing water tank. New 20' access and utility easement to extend south off Greenwell Road, using an existing 12' wide asphalt drive. Antennas (three sets; alpha, beta, and gamma sectors) will be mounted on three elevations of an existing round water tank (east/southeast; southwest; northwest). Installation includes also associated mounting equipment for each sector of antennas. New 12' by 30' equipment area to the east of the water tank to include a 4' by 10' equipment slab, new equipment H-frame, and new 3'-6" by 8' concrete slab with new generator. New WCF meets the zoning code requirements by not extending higher than 30' above the highest point of the existing structure and are camouflaged/concealed as much as possible to make them compatible and blend into the setting and host structure. Antennas will be color-clad to match the existing water tower.
