Effective July 1, 2024
Planning will no longer accept credit card payments over the phone or check payments sent via email
. Upon receipt of an application, applicants will be sent the fee amount with a link to pay online via check, debit or credit card. If preferred, paper checks may be mailed or brought to our office for processing.

Note: a 2.5% vendor fee applies to all debit or credit card payments (fee will be added at the time of payment). If a check payment is returned due to entry error, a $15 fee will be added to the total fee, and your request will not move forward until successful payment is received.

Staff will review the application and contact you for payment. 

  • We cannot guarantee your case will be heard at the next meeting
  • All cases are subject to postponement
  • Any applications filed after the standard deadline day will be placed on the following month's meeting agenda
