APPROVE.  Poorly constructed pre-existing rear addition needs extensive repair.  Materials in rear addition are not original to structure; current repair will respect original siding type and foundation, and will not be visible from public streets.

      • One story frame with weatherboard wall covering.  Cross gable roof with aspahlt shingle roof covering, exposed shaped rafters.  Four over one and six over one double hung windows.  One story two-thirds front porch with extended rafters, boxed columns supporting a flat arch, 3 x 3 balusters in elongated balustrade, tongue and groove porch floor and bead board ceiling.  Exterior end brick, partially stuccoed chimney.  Irregular plan.  Recent rear one story addition. True divided light original front door.
