    • Reroof using asphalt shingles to replace existing asphalt shingles with laced valleys; repair and repoint chimneys using Preservation Brief No. 2; reinstall finial removed from front bellcast hip dormer; replace siding, fascia and soffits in kind as necessary; replace two basement doors, neither original, with board and batten doors or other appropriate replacement (doors not visible from E. Scott Avenue); install new wood window in rear gable (not visible from E. Scott Avenue) similar in design to front dormer or gable window; install gutters; install ridge vents; install utilities underground.

    • Style: Queen Anne. Sweetman House (1905).
      • One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with front gable, asphalt hsingle covering and bellcast hip front dormer. Fishscale pattern wood singles on dormer walls. Double hung one over one windows and arched attic window. One story three-quarter front porch with round fluted wood columns with Doric capitals. Bracket with pendant over splayed corner at south edge of front elevation. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Leaded glass transom above front entry door with beveled glass.
