Applicant Request
:- Remove, clean and reinstall the existing brick and limestone caps above the wooden storefront. Damaged bricks are to be replaced using a brick that matches the existing in color, texture and size (see attached image). The mortar will match the existing.
- External galvanized conduit will be removed from the façade and a junction box will be installed on the roof of the building behind the façade for future use.
- Rotten and soft woodwork on the storefront will be removed and replaced in-kind, as needed.
