- Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 19', with the front porch extending 8' into the front yard setback. The north (left) side yard setback shall be 12' and the south side yard setback (right) shall be 18' A ramp/sidewalk leads from the front porch to the public sidewalk. Off-street parking shall be accessed off alley and the concrete parking pad/driveway shall be 18' wide at the alley. A new tree shall be planted in the front yard space.
- Architectural Elevations - The front façade shall have a 8'X20' porch with 8"X8" posts. The main roof shall have a roof pitch of 7:12, while the porch roof pitch shall be 3:12. A front door and double window face the street, on the NW and SE elevations have 4 windows each. The lower siding og the house is board and batten vinyl siding, while the gables are sided with horizontal vinyl siding. The exposed foundation on the front elevation will be a maximum of 2.5' and shall be treated with a parge coat.
- All details shall be consistent with the approved (stamped plans).
