Emory Road and between Lancashire Blvd. and Northfield Blvd. The proposed lease area is 2914.1 sq. ft. overall, accessible by 16' wide access drive (within a 30' access and utility easement) extending north/northwest of W. Emory Chapel Road. The proposed tower will be located within an 81'-2" by 62'-6" by 72'-7" fenced lease area, with additional space for at least two additional carriers. The proposed lease area will include a 4' by 10' equipment slab and a 4' by 10' generator slab. The proposed tower will accommodate antennas at 90' AGL and 80' AGL with space for two additional antennas below.
