- Style: Folk Victorian (c.1910)
- One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle covering and diamond shaped attic vent. Double hung two over two windows. One story one bay front porch partially enclosed with square wood columns and sawn wood balustrade. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Transom at recessed front entry. Unabated deterioration of building has resulted in collapsed front porch, trees growing through foundation, numerous holes in roof including large hole on southwest elevation, missing walls at rear, and complete absence of roof and roof covering on rear wing.
