    • Architectural Elevations - The main roof shall have a 9:12 pitch. The gable area shall be board and batten with gable brackets on the front elevation. The first story shall have vinyl lap siding. The board and batten and lap siding materials shall be seperated by a 4-6" frieze board. The exterior wall height shall be 9'. The windows on the front elevation shall be 36" x 60" and 1:1 with no shutters. The windows on the front and side elevations shall have 4" nominal trim. The front door shall be a 3 or 6 light door. The front porch shall be 23' 5" wide and 6' deep with 6" square columns with 6" wrapped base trim and 4" wrapped top trim and have a mid-height molding near hand rail height. The porch will have no perimeter rail system. The exposed front foundation shall be 12-24" with a painted stucco finish.
    • Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 28' and the two side yard setbacks are 6'6". In the front yard space is a sidewalk and tree. Off-street parking is accessed off the alley and the parking pad is 20' X 16'.
