    • Remove asbestos shingles; repair rotted wood siding with exact replica; add vertical trim to disguise difference in existing siding width on enclosed rear porch; repair rotten front porch, including adding columns, replacing outer support beam at roof, balustrade, porch floor and porch ceiling; remove added concrete stoop at side and replace added door with one over one double hung wood window; replace roof; repair or replace windows; point masonry; repair or replace sill plates and joists as necessary without changing the footprint of the building.

      • One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering, boxed cornice on front gable. One story one-half front porch with square wood pilasters and replacement aluminum columns. Double hung one over one windows. Interior offset front brick chimneys, Brick foundation. Rectangular plans.
