Level I: New thermal window installation- Installation of thermal windows on the interior side of fifteen second-story windows. Acrylic window inserts with silicone frames, manufactured by 'Indow,' will be installed inside existing window frames with a gap between the existing windowpane and the new thermal window. No modifications will be made to the original windows. New partition walls will not block the windows. Other scope of interior renovation is not reviewed with this application.
