Masonry repair/painting

- Repoint and repair masonry chimney, using Type O mortar and following Preservation Brief No. 2.

- Style: Queen Anne (c.1890)
  - Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Cross gable roof with side shed roof and one story rear gabled ell, asphalt hsingle roof covering, bargeboard at front gable with lattice attic vents. Two over two double hung windows with square Palladian styled attic vent. One story full hip roofed front porch with front gable, turned wood columns and pilaster. Columns are modified square base with turning above balustrade. Turned spindled balusteres. Offset interior brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Front door with stained glass window. One story projecting bay on side elevation.
