Roofing- Modification of COA 3-E-24-HZ, related to the proposed accessory dwelling unit/secondary structure. Revised design of secondary structure will modify the dormer on the west elevation of the accessory structure. The previously-approved dormer had a front-gable roof, and the revised dormer will have a shed roof to respond to building height restrictions. The dormer will have three paintable fiberglass-clad windows. All other materials, dimensions, and design elements to remain the same.
