- Replacing existing roof with in-kind asphalt shingles as well as painting exterior front; repoint masonry; replace gutters if necessary.

- Style: Craftsman (c.1910)
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower front gable, asphalt shingle roof covering, replacement attic vent. Two over two double hung windows. One story full front porch with splayed posts on brick columns, concrete floor, metal balustrade. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
