- One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Side gable roof with asphalt shingle covering, shed roofed front dormer with imbricated wood shingle covering, wood shingles in gables. Three over one double hung windows. One story full front porch with splayed wood posts on brick piers, sawn wood balustrade, exposed rafter tails. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation, stuccoed and raised in front to accommodate garage door. Rectangular plan.
