FOR 10//16/03 - Repair or replace front porch ceiling with beadboard; repair soffits; repair front porch floor with tongue and groove flooring if repairs are necessary; replace current non-original columns with turned columns (6"x6"); install low balustrade resembling balustrade on next door house. (NOTE: Photographic documentation indicates that balustrade was present 70 to 80 years ago.)

      • One story framed weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering, and sawn wood attic vents. Two over two double hung windows. One story two-thirds front porch with round columns with Doric capitals. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
