Porch elements

- Repair lst floor porch columns with temporary column capitals while terra cotta capitals are remanufactured; replace 2nd story porch balustrade with newly milled identical balusters and half columns to match original; install gutters; repair and restore cement shingles as necessary.

- Style: Queen Anne with Neoclassical influence. (c.1915)
  - Two story frame with brick veneer on first floor and wood shingles on second. Brick water table and flared belt course between first and second stories. Hip with lower cross gable roof with shed dormer and concrete tile covering. Double hung eight over one windows with casement windows in shed dormer. Leaded dglass window in bay. One story wrap around front and side porch with round fluted wood columns with Scamozzi capitals (with several missing). Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. One story projecting bay on west elevation. Leaded glass transom and sidelights at front entry. Reportedly designed by George Barber.
