Porch elements; Siding

- COMMISSION MODIFICATION: Retain wood siding on front elevation only. Remove existing brick façade and existing aluminum siding on front elevation; remove added chimney, hearth, brick window wall windows and doors and awning; install wood porch columns (6"x6") and new front door near center of house; repair existing windows; repair roof as necessary.

- Style: Craftsman with Neotraditional design influence. (c.1935)
  - One story frame with artificial siding and brick veneer wall covering on front elevation added when other alterations were made. One over one double hung windows. Side gabled roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. One exterior front (added) and one interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
