Porch elements; Siding- COMMISSION MODIFICATION: Retain wood siding on front elevation only. Remove existing brick façade and existing aluminum siding on front elevation; remove added chimney, hearth, brick window wall windows and doors and awning; install wood porch columns (6"x6") and new front door near center of house; repair existing windows; repair roof as necessary.

Side gabled roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. One exterior front (added) and one interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.
