Plans reviewed by Commission were prepared by Will Robinson & Associates, entitled East Garden Restaurant, Major Reynolds Place, Knoxville, Tennessee and dated 9/20/01 and 10/03/01 (stamped and signed by William N. Robinson-#00101025).
