Site Plan : The front yard setback is 52', while the north side setback is 17'2" and the south side setback is 7'1". A private sidewalk connects the 10' X 12' porch to the driveway. The driveway is 10' wide from the street to the backyard. A tree is planted in the front yard space.

Architectural Elevations: The roof has a 12:7 pitch. The exposed foundation on the façade is 2-3' high. The porch posts are 8"X8".
