Site Plan: The front yard setback shall be 17' 6". The front yard space contains a tree and a private sidewalk. The west side yard setback shall be 10' 4" and this is where the new concrete driveway is located, extends 20' past the habitable portion of the house. The east side yard setback shall be 6'5". In the rear yard is an existing creek and it shall be buffered by Mountain Laurel.
Architectural elevation: The slope of the main roof is 8:12, while the porch roof is 3.5:12. The main gable has architectural shakes, while the remaining of the siding is vinyl clapboard siding. The front of the house has a double window to the west and a single window to the east side.
All details shall be consistent with the stamped and approve plans.
