Porch elements; Roofing; Shutters; Siding

- Porch: Repair or replace porch deck with tongue & groove; repair or replace beadboard ceiling in kind; replace metal porch supports with wood 6" x 6", either turned or boxed 4"x4". Repair siding as necessary. Replace roof. Replace three-board shutters with paneled or louvered shutters. Replace added weatherboard in front gable with wood shingles.

- Style: Folk Victorian (c.1910)
  - One story frame shotgun with weatherboard wall covering. Gable roof with asphalt shingle covering and sawn wood attic vent. Double hung one over one windows. One story full front porch with replacement metal colulmns. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
