Site Plan - The front yard setback is 51' 11". The porch is 14' deep. The driveay is 10' wide and accessed off of Bishop Street. A new tree is planted in the front yard.

Architectural Elevation - The roof has a 7:12 pitch. The maximum exposed front foundation is 7'. There is a door that faces Bishop Street and flanked by a double set of windows to the right and left on the building façade.
