Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch is 6:12. There are three windows and the front door that faces the street. The porch is 20' x 8' and has 6" columns and a hand rail system to the right side of the porch (when looking at the house from the street). The left side elevation has two windows and a door and the right side elevation has two windows.
Site Plan -The front yard setback is 22' with the front porch extending 8' into the setback. The south side setback is 15.2' and the north side yard setback is 7.5'. The concrete driveway is 12' wide and extends 20' past the habitable portion of the house. A private sidewalk leads from the front porch to the front property line. A tree is planted in the front yard.
All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
