Porch elements; Windows- Rear porch: Increase size of first story from 15'x6' to approximately 15'x12'; restore second story porch at original 6'x6' size; replace missing railing with turned approximately 2"x2" spindles on 4-5" center, or spacing to meet building codes; on first story use same spindles and spacing; flooring top and bottom of 5/4 decking; leave underside of balcony open. Post supporting corner of balcony to be 6"x6" and support posts for first story porch to be 6"x6". Lattice under first story of porch. Replace one over one double hung wood window with same.

- One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Steeply pitched hip roof with asphalt shingle covering, sawn wood attic vent, and gable attic dormer on front elevation with turned balustrade and posts. Double hung one over one windows. One story three-quarter front porch with round wood columns with Doric capitals. Two itnerior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Recessed transom at front entry door. Projecting bays on north and south elevations.
