- Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch is 5:12. The 8' x 20' front porch is centered on the house and has 6" columns with a handrail system around the perimeter. The front façade has two windows under the shake style porch gable and two windows to the left and right of the porch. The federal style front door is centered. The left side elevation has three windows and a side door. The right side elevation has two windows.
- Site Plan - The front yard setback is 27.2' with the 8' deep porch encroaching into the setback. The north side setback is 12.9'. A 3' walkway connects the front porch step to the driveway. The driveway is 12' wide and extends 20' beyond the habitable portion of the house. A tree is planted in the front yard space.
