    • Replacing old asphalt shingles with asphalt shingles; install storm windows; replace front porch tongue in groove flooring as needed; rebuild front porch roof to correct uneven surface, retaining the same design; replace front porch railing with 2"x2" on 5" centers set into top and bottom rail; remove artificial siding from rear elevation, replacing with wood if necessary; tuckpoint remaining central chimney using a low Portland content mortar.

    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1910)
      • One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering and sawn wood shingles in gables. Double hung two over two windows. One story full front porch with replacement square wood columns with Doric capitals, sawn wood balustrade and original turned engaged pilasters. Two brick chimneys, both interior offset. Brick with stucco foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bay window on south elevation.
