- One story brick building on poured concrete foundation, design by Knoxville architect Albert Gredig and built with WPA involvement. Hipped roof with asphalt shingle roof covering, with lower cross gabled front entry. Paired, horizontally paneled half-view wood doors form front entry, topped by four light transom; entries at exposed basement level on east. Paired two over two wood windows. Brick smokestack with letter "M" outlined in contrasting brick.
