Plot Plan: The ditch is to be relocated parallel to Dakota Ave (as the permit states). The gravel driveway is to be located at least 20' behind the habitable portion of the house. The front yard setback is 27'
The covered porch is 8' X 8' with wood decking treated lumber, 4x4 columns, shingled roof to match home, porch roof aslo to match pitch of house. The porch will have front steps facing the street. The sidewalk will lead to the street and will consist of stepping stones. The front view will have one window left of the front door and one right of the same door, both with a 6x6 panel window. The foundation material consists of vinyl skirting.
