    • Insert one window in each side elevation of bay window where enclosed porch under turret roof is located.  Windows should be full size (approximately 65" tall).  In addition, requesting permission to replace two existing replacement windows with windows to match those installed on bay.

    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1900)
      • One story frame with aluminum siding.  Hip roof with lower cross gables, turret and asphalt shingle covering.  One story one bay altered front porch.  Double hung one over one windows with altered, shortened window on bay and removed windows on each side of bay.  Two interior offset stuccoed chimneys.  Brick foundation.  Rectangular plan.
