Masonry repair/painting

- Reinforce failing stucco-faced brick foundation from the rear, with block wall that will protect structure but not be visible from street.

- Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1900)
  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with front and side cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, exposed rafters on front gable and round attic windows with cross muntins. One over one double hung windows. One story two-thirds front porch with turned wood columns and pilasters, sawn wood balustrade, bead board ceiling and tongue in groove floor. Two interior rear offset corbelled brick chimneys. Stuccoed foundation.
