Windows- Replace unoriginal dormer windows with wood double hung windows; replace deteriorated side and rear windows with wood one over one, same size, windows. Repair oversize front windows and front door, inserting plain glass in door opening replacing existing Plexiglas. Repair existing brick balustrade, repointing or rebuilding in same pattern, reusing same brick, as necessary.

- One and one-half story frame with brick veneer wall covering. Side gable roof with asphalt shingle covering and gabled dormers. Double hung one over one windows, with replacement six over six dormer windows. One story full recessed front porch with brick posts on brick balustrade. Projecting one story bay on south elevation. Two brick chimneys one interior offset and one exterior end. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Recessed sidelights at front door.
