Architectural feature; Doors; Material changes (wood, brick, metal, etc.); Porch elements; Siding; Signs- Face of soffit at recessed front to be clad with metal panels and underside of soffit to be clad in smooth fiber cement board. Add horizontal band at top of front façade and a vertical element on front façade at east end of stair landing-- all of smooth fiber cement board. Add new ramp with masonry foundation to new glass entry door on the west side. Metal ramp railing and porch railing on the front landing to match with horizontal rails. Install new signage of individual letters, and 3 light fixtures on front façade.
