      • S. B. Newman House. Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with gable dormesr and slate covering. Double hung two over two and Queen Anne over two windows. One over one attic dormer windows with fanlights. One story full front porch with Ionic capitals on round fluted wood columns. One story bay with inset panels on south elevation. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Sidelights and transom at front elevation.
