- Install entry door and landing with stairs on north elevation of brick building noted as Building #7 in the National Register nomination, which is behind the main building, facing a residential high rise. Landing and stairs will rest on brick piers and will be painted steel, and will have standing seam roof covering to match the existing roof.

- Style: Building #7, Old City Hall Complex (1879; 1904-05)
- Building #7, originally a chapel and auditorium, was added at the north end of the west wing in 1879. Five bays wide, two story, but comparable in height and mass to building 3, with a pressed metal cornice. Round arched window heads on the second story with curved mullions.
- Enlarged to the north in 1904-05 expanding the depth from three to six bays. (Architect: Bauman Brothers.) Dormers added on east and west planes of hipped metal roof at the same time. Addition is not obvious, except that it is made with different brick.
