Applicant Request

- Construct frame garage in side yard, halfway back (approximately 70') from front line of house, with garage door opening to Armstrong. 5' setback from side line. Roof pitch to match existing on house, wood weatherboard with brick base, carriage style plank door.
- Modify location (per Plans Review) to be 5-10" further back with 8" property line setback. (1/13/2009)

  - One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering, diamond shaped imbricated shingles in front gable, single pane vent window in front gable. Double hung replacement windows and replacement picture window on front elevation at porch. One story two-third front porch with gabled roof with exposed rafters and trusses, square brick posts on brick balustrade. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
