- Plot Plan: A 10' driveway shall connect the existing concrete parking pad and the street. A 6'6" deep and 18'6" wide porch shall be constructed. The porch shall include steps that are cenetered on the porch and lead down to the existing private walkway that connects the porch to the street.
- Architectural Building Elevations: The porch shall include a gabled roof line that faces the street and matches the existing roofline of the primary structure. The porch shall include 6"x6" columsn, railings, and ront steps. The porch foundation shall incude stucco on the foundation.
