Site Plan - The setbacks are 20' for the front yard, 8' for the south side yard, and 17' for the north side yard. The concrete driveway is 10' x 50'. A sidewalk connects the front porch to the front property line. A new tree is in the front yard space. The porch is 8' x 11' 8".

Architectural Elevation - The front elevation is characterized with a 6/12 roof pitch, two windows and front door that faces the street. The porch has 6" columns, and handrail. The exposed foundation is 1-2' on the front elevation.

All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
