1. The applicant is requesting a minor revision to previously approved site plans for 1035 Data Lane. The building has been rotated slightly, however, the orientation of the building remains the same with the loading docks facing the existing building (east).
2. The plan reduces the impervious area ratio and is still in compliance with the TTCDA Design Guidelines.
3. The proposed plan does not alter the landscaping, parking, or building materials.
