- Repair or replace front door with panelled half view door, wood or finished to resemble wood. Replace rear door (not original) with panelled door, wood or finished to resemble wood. Remove bathroom window on northeast side elevation, filling in opening with duplicate artificial siding (Note: window is on side elevation not visible from streets).

- Style: 200 East Oklahoma Avenue (c.1895)
  - One story frame with aluminum siding. Front gable roof with asphalt shingle covering, rafters and knee braces, wood louvered attic vents and gabled attic dormers. Double hung three over one windows. One story full front porch with splayed wood posts on brick piers. Two brick chimneys, one interior offset and one exterior end. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
