- Site Plan - The front yard setback is 52', with the porch encroaching 8' into the setback. The side setbacks are 10' and 14'. A tree is planted in the front yard and a sidewalk leads from the front porch to the front property line. The driveway is accessed off the alley.
- Architectural Elevations - The front elevation is characterized by having an 8:12 pitch, 6" X 6" columns, a double window to the left and a single window to the right, exposed foundation shall be 16", windows shall have 4" trim, siding shall be Hardie Board, rectangular vents in the gables. The left and right side elevation contains three window each.
- All details shall be consistent with the approved plans that are attached.
